尋找別人的推動力

當大家都知道自己的事業目標何在....

知道應該與甚麼人建立良好的合作關係....

知道自己應該主動出擊....

人不為己天誅地滅,teamwork並不等同yes man....

各位就可以嘗試去同自己的目標人物建立合作關係,但問題來了,究竟咱們有冇辦法有效地與目標人物建立關係呢?

方法其實有好多,但重點只得一個,就係大家要設法找出收藏在別人內心深處的推動力。要打動人心,要令別人信任你,你就要細心留意究竟有甚麼因素在推動你目標人物。

是權力?金錢?家人?別人對他的評價?上司對他的看法?工作的挑戰性?

好多人覺得,要令一個人工作的推動力是錢,但出奇的是,當一個打工仔從低位一路向上爬,錢對打工仔的推動力會越來越少。相反,別人的認同、權力、工作挑戰性才是打工作最大的推動力,亦是他們決定會否與一個人建立合作關係的最大因素。

今天開始,細心留意下有甚麼在背後推動著你的目標人物....

"別人的認同、權力、工作挑戰性才是打工作最大的推動力"係打工仔對工作的motivation之推動力, 然而除了人的因素, 客觀因素(例如自身經濟環境和家境)亦是主因。

I believe, alot of people esp. for employee in a big firm who has been working for quite some time are lack of motivation. They are only doing it only for pay cheque. Think about it in a company how many high position and how many low position. Alot of time, many people in the company are stuck in the middle of the hierarchy and that become their career.

I believe that alot of people instead of looking up or motivation, they are looking for peace and stability and survival.

As of teamwork, I believe their are different in definition of teamwork in HongKong than in USA. In USA, teamwork = people work for themselves within a defined role in a team. People performance are judged individually. Of course, the team rely on each other to perform, but if the person does not do their job. They will either get "promote" to another useless position or fire. The team still move on. Main point are identify role and leadership and individualism within the team.

kelvin:我好同意你提到的大公司中層觀點,那些有要的只是穩定及和平,點樣運用佢地呢種推動力呢?又係另一個課題。
